Workshop #1: How to Be a Better Friend, According to Science
This workshop is for people who have collected friends across different parts of their lives and struggle with maintaining them in a meaningful way. Modern friendships are precarious because historically new forces are pushing them to the brink. But it's not all gloom and doom! We just need new strategies to keep our friendships strong and healthy.
Over the course of the workshop, I’ll cover fundamental friendship mechanics to help explain how modern friendships function. I’ll also explore my Wholehearted Friendship paradigm, which will help participants think of their friendships in a whole new light.
By the end of the talk, participants will have a concrete understanding of how to be a wonderful teammate to their favorite friends.
